Healing from Ancestral Trauma

Sermon by RevJ Kwong.

Child's Hand Holding an Elder's Hand

As we honour the lives of those who have gone before, we also recognize that we may have inherited some of their pain and trauma. How might we begin the healing process so we lessen the suffering of future generations?

This service will be online and in-person at the Nia Centre for the Arts, 524 Oakwood Ave.

Need Help? — How Do I …

“We all are so deeply interconnected; we have no option but to love all. Be kind and do good for any one and that will be reflected. The ripples of the kind heart are the highest blessings of the Universe.
”
