We are located at 473 Oakwood Ave, near the corner of Vaughan Road. We are a few blocks south of Eglinton Ave and east of Dufferin St. [Map]
We offer two large bright event spaces, a kitchen, and some smaller meeting spaces.
We welcome renters of all kinds! Our spaces are suitable for ceremonies, meetings, recitals, seminars, lectures, film shoots, concerts, etc.

Ceremonies
As Unitarians, we believe in the ongoing search for meaning in our lives. In this spirit, we offer personalized ceremonies to mark life’s major events while reflecting and honouring your values and beliefs:

Our Sanctuary and Community Hall are ideal for ceremonies and receptions with up to 230 participants. One of our Officiants would be delighted to work with you to create your ceremony. Please contact our Officiant Coordinator by email or at 416-924-9654 x101.
We have four spaces that will be available in June 2025: The Sanctuary, the Community Hall, the Board Room and the Warming Kitchen. They are all located on the second floor.
Features of our building:
- Fully accessible with elevator to the second floor.
- Wi-Fi network.
- Multiple washrooms – an accessible washroom and gender neutral washrooms on the second floor. A women’s washroom and a men’s washroom on the basement mezzanine level.
- The maximum occupancy of the second floor is 244.
- Rooms may be booked Monday through Thursday, from 7:30am to 9:00pm; Friday and Saturday from 7:30am to 10:00pm (may request special arrangement).
- Rooms may be booked on Sundays from 2:30pm to 8:00pm.
The Sanctuary
- Ideal for meetings, weddings, memorials, musical performances, lectures, screenings
- Capacity: 220 theatre-style
- Stage at the front with lectern; two monitors

- Upholstered chairs that can be moved around
- Overflow seating
- One microphone with a small portable sound system provided

- Steinway Concert Grand piano (additional fee)
The Community Hall
- Ideal for receptions, meetings, social events, family gatherings
- Capacity: 200 standing; 80 at round tables
- Bright, airy space with natural light
- Two monitors
- Folding tables and chairs can be moved around or removed
- One microphone with a small portable sound system provided
- Portable screen and table top projector provided
- Access to the warming kitchen
Additional service available for the Sanctuary and the Community Hall:
- The sound system, including the main speakers and the stage TV system, is available for an additional fee.
The Boardroom
- Ideal for small meetings; hybrid meetings
- Capacity: 15
- Bright airy space with natural light
- Folding table with 15 chairs
- Whiteboard
- One monitor
- Conference cam (allows for 360 degree view and automatically follows the speaker)
- Access to warming kitchen to make tea and coffee
