With our Building Permit almost in hand, we’ve already achieved these significant milestones: interior demolition and removal of hazardous materials; removal of defunct elevator equipment, making the shaft ready for new equipment; ordering of structural steel; and, ordering of heat pump units supporting our reduced use of gas.
