All our forms are implemented using the WPForms plugin. We pay for the premium version of this plugin. It is registered as uuTorontoWeb@nullgmail.com.

There are 3 mechanisms for writing form entries to spreadsheets:

1. Through WPForms basic functionality. From the forms list, select “Entries” to see the spreadsheet that is written by WPForms.
2. Through WPForms Google Sheets functionality. Entries are written to sheets that are located on the gdrive for uuTorontoOffice@nullgmail.com.
3. Through Uncanny Automator. Entries are written to sheets that are located on the gdrive for uuToronto@nullgmail.com. This is used for the pledge forms. 

uuToronto@nullgmail.com is meant to be accessed only by people who need to know about personal financial information (pledges and donations).

uuTorontoOffice@nullgmail.com is meant to be accessed by staff and volunteers working on tasks and committees that do not need access to personal financial information.

See the Admin Portal to discover which google sheets are used on either uuTorontoOffice@nullgmail.com or uuToronto@nullgmail.com.

Sometimes the entries mean for uuToronto@gmail are also written to WPForm entries if the administrator (Mo) is worried about technical issues, but they should be removed when they are confirmed to be written to the confidential gsheet.
