Three small holes bored into the soil at 473 have indicated no hazardous substances and show suitable soil for building our foundations. While no test can guarantee everything, we have no red flags on our addition.

Two big holes at 473 Oakwood show big progress: all of the west 2nd floor windows have been removed to install our floor-to-ceiling windows and display our stained-glass panels; plus, we now have a hole where our new lobby stairwell will take shape.

The project team continues to proceed cautiously; some elements of construction have been delayed; this impacts costs and sets our opening date a little later in the new year.
