The congregation’s Annual Spring Meeting on Sunday, May 26, 2024. This meeting was online only.
The main business of the meeting was to vote on the updated Governance Bylaw as well as on a preliminary six-month budget for July-December 2024. Members were asked to vote on nominees for the Board of Trustees, Finance Management Committee, Nominating Committee, and Settled Minister Search Committee.

- Proposed changes to the Governance bylaw and Summary of changes
- Proposed Provisional Six-month Budget for July-December 2024
- Update on Renovations of 473 Oakwood
- Candidates for Board, Nominating Committee, and Settled Minister Search Committee
To vote in the meeting, you must be a member of the congregation and have made an identifiable financial contribution of any amount to operating expenses in the last twelve months. Non-members are welcome to attend as observers.
