Our 7th Principle reminds us that we belong to an interdependent web of being with all the world. We often understand this in the broadest terms, focussing on the natural world around us. But there’s also that vitally important dimension to consider that calls us into deepening connection with human community, even with all the complications it can bring. Rev. Shawn’s sermon on Sunday will invite us to consider the ways we can strengthen “the ties that bind” us together as a response to the times in which we live.
