In the contemporary UU tradition, we draw on wisdom from many sources and we love to quote famous people. Yet we may not know the true origin of the wise words we love…and we often overlook wisdom that comes from the margins.
Current threats to the planet are now calling us to join together in ways that are more cooperative, putting less emphasis on the most privileged voices. How can we welcome many sources of wisdom to create a truly inclusive world?
On Sunday morning, Margaret Kohr will serve as our Worship Leader and both Adam Sakiyama and I will provide music. Also, we will remember with love Diane Wagner, who passed away suddenly this week at age 73.
