Sermon by Rev. Nicole McKay, online only.
The stories we hold about ourselves and the world shape the way we live each moment. These stories set out the context of our lives, our families and friends, as well as for our faith tradition -they are how we come to know ourselves and those around us. It is our responsibility to pause and examine the truth to these narratives, even the long-standing ones, and we are empowered to re-formulate a truer version of the story. This week, we lean into the transformative power of story engaging with the spiritual practices of imagination and (re)creation as they guide us towards a life of wholeness and truth.
