This month at 473, a crew has been removing the de-commissioned elevator cab and equipment, making room for new equipment to be installed later in the construction schedule.

The City of Toronto has almost completed its review of our application for construction permits; all material concerns have been waived and we expect minor items to be resolved in January so our crew can get started on construction.

It will be an exciting 2024!
