Pronouns and Personal Notes for our Directory

Our Community Directory can now include personal pronouns and a short note about yourself.

Like most things in Unitarian Universalism, pronouns and personal notes are optional. You decide whether you want to include them with your directory entry.

Access to our Community Directory is limited to those who are listed there. If you don’t yet have access, you can make a request through our Login page.

If you enter your email address, we will send you a confirmation message.

1. My Pronouns

Using someone’s correct personal pronouns is a way to respect them and create an inclusive community, just as using a person’s name can be a way to respect them. Learn more

Examples: he, she, they, xe/xyr, she/they, they/he

2. About Me note

What is something that you want others to know about you? It could be something spiritual, professional, aspirational, or something else that could give a snapshot of how you see yourself.

There is a 5 word or 40 character limit.

Examples: Retired geography teacher; Secular Jewnitarian; Independent Editor at Books.ca; Favourite Font: Papyrus
