Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 6 at 12:30 pm. Registration will be required, and will begin at noon.

At this meeting, we will review audited financial statements for the 2020/2021 fiscal year, as well as the budget for the upcoming 2021/2022 fiscal year (July to June). There will be election of Trustees to the Board of Directors and members to the Nominating Committee, as well as updates about Real Estate, the CUC AGM, and Refugee Sponsorship. All members and friends are encouraged to participate. Several motions will be presented.

Visitors are welcome to attend, and may register. But to be eligible to vote at a Congregational Meeting you must be a member who has made an identified financial contribution, of any amount, to First’s operating budget during the last 12 months.

If there are multiple voters in your household, please use multiple devices – You can gather around one screen for watching if you wish, but each voter will need to connect to the Zoom meeting on a separate device (another computer, tablet, smartphone or regular cell or home phone) for voting. Please keep the microphone/volume turned down on the secondary device(s) to avoid feedback.
